Our leadership expertise is led by our CEO, who holds over two decades of experience in Human Resources at Top Fortune 500 Companies. Brigette Guerra, brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and passion in careers, leadership development, and wellness. A successful leader in the corporate environment, she managed to learn to balance work and personal growth through a holistic approach. Her strengths in balancing life, perseverance, making bold decisions and following her intuition by practicing mindfulness has made her successful in her career. Her story begins with her parents, who both migrated to this country in search of better opportunities from Ecuador, a South American country. Coming from low-resource environments, lacking the mastery of the English language and education, they faced significant challenges. Growing up, she moved frequently, each move representing a pursuit of a better life but also facing hardships of new schools, new friends, and financial struggles of her family. Despite these hardships, she learned valuable lessons from her parents that shaped who she is. She learned to be flexible in a world of constant change and incorporated these skills in her professional career.

Having this diverse team allows us to ensure we are reaching a larger scope within the community that need assistance, such as veterans, medically disabled, low-resources or immigrant teens and indivduals seeking their first time employment.
